Shira Mandelzis
Artist
Shira has always been passionate about art, and has been committed to tattooing since the moment she left school. She is originally from the east coast, and had completed her apprenticeship in New York City. Shira recently moved across the country to Colorado looking for a new start. Her work has ranged from bold pieces, to fineline cartoons, to intricate lettering, and everything in between. Shira’s priority is that you, as the client, feel comfortable and happy and walk away with your new favorite tattoo and a friendly face!

Jibaro
Artist
Jibaro is originally from Cuba and is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, the third oldest institution in Hispanoamérica. After finishing his studies, he started in the world of tattooing, incorporating pictorial techniques into his work. Jibaro moved to the United States in 2022 with his wife and since then has been part of the tattoo scene in Mississippi working in the oldest and most respected tattoo shop in Jackson. His favorite styles are abstract, illustrative in grayscale and color, and American Traditional. In his spare time, he loves painting, engraving and sculpture, and he recently won an award and a place in a permanent art exhibition.

Julia Williams
Artist & Cofounder
Jules quit her 9 – 5 corporate job to learn to tattoo. She was literally running a litigation & special projects division for a local law firm when she and her husband, Justin, decided that it was time to give tattooing a try. Julia had spent the previous 5 years learning the finer aspects of sketching, and acrylic/oil painting in the home art studio she and Justin shared in Rogers, Arkansas. Jules has picked up tattooing about the same as she’s picked up everything else she tries – very, very quickly. Jules is already building a loyal client base due to her gentle approach, flawless client communication, and impeccable hand skills.

Justin Williams
Artist & Cofounder
Justin attended Oklahoma State University where he studied graphic design and illustration. Justin came back to Northwest Arkansas in 1998 where he was the co-founder of the multimedia design firm, Pixelbenders. Justin has since been involved in the local art scene as the founder and President/Chairman of the Board of both the NWA Art Directors Club (2003 – 2009) and the Artists of Northwest Arkansas. When Justin isn’t tattooing, he still serves as a branding and marketing consultant for a variety of businesses in and around NWA.
